This week, 17 Team TaylorMade participants, including Michael Block, JR Smith and Chris Trott, took on the Youth on Course 100 Hole Hike at The Hay. Over $120K was raised from their efforts that will go towards providing young people with access to life-changing opportunities through golf.
Seven Youth on Course members were invited to the event and paired up with Team TaylorMade participants, networking, learning and enjoying the day with them out on the course. Erica Stoner, Director of Instruction at Raleigh Country Club and Golf Digest Best in the State and Best Young Teachers, also held a clinic where members could practice their putting. Austin Vega was among the members who got the opportunity of a lifetime when he met Malbon Golf founder, Stephen Malbon after winning the Youth on Course x Malbon Golf "Me & Buckets" design contest.
The day was punctuated with excitement when three Team TaylorMade participants hit a hole in one; Michael Barbuti on Hole 9, Michael Block on Hole 8 and Grant Horvat on Hole 7. Check out their shots below:
