The Customer Success Coordinator supports the operational backbone of Youth on Course by maintaining data accuracy, managing customer communications, & ensuring smooth system performance across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, & Zapier. This role delivers front-line service to members, parents, course operators, donors, & partners while also executing data audits, documenting workflows, & assisting with process improvements. The Coordinator helps maintain reliable automations, supports key program initiatives, & collaborates across teams to uphold a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Candidates should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, organized, & committed to Youth on Course’s mission of expanding access & opportunity through golf. The position is based in Monterey, CA, & may require occasional travel.
