The future of golf is on display this week at the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship, and Youth on Course members are helping lead the way.
Of the 261 junior golfers competing in this year's championship, 121 are Youth on Course members, representing nearly half of the field. Together, this group of talented junior golfers has played more than 4,000 Youth on Course rounds, creating memories, gaining confidence, and continuing to grow their love for the game along the way.
Behind every championship appearance is a unique journey. For many Youth on Course members, that journey began with affordable access to play more golf, challenge themselves, and build a foundation for moments like these. Thanks to the support of Youth on Course donors and partners, thousands of young golfers have access to opportunities that help them pursue their goals both on and off the course.
While every member's path to the U.S. Junior Amateur is unique, one thing remains the same: countless rounds spent learning, growing, and falling in love with the game. The stories below offer a glimpse into what access to the game can make possible.

"Growing up in Sacramento, Youth on Course played a huge role in my golf journey. From the time I was about three years old, my dad would take me to courses like Bartley Cavanaugh, WildHawk, Bing Maloney, and William Land Park, where I could play for just $5. Because of Youth on Course, I was able to be on the golf course almost every day instead of just practicing on the range. Those rounds taught me how to compete, how to manage my game, and most importantly, they made me fall in love with golf. Looking back now, qualifying for the U.S. Junior Amateur started with those $5 rounds in Sacramento. Those rounds gave me opportunities my family otherwise wouldn’t have had, and they helped me chase a dream that has taken me all over the world through golf."

"Youth on Course has been amazing, it’s so nice to be able to go out with my buddies at pretty much any course in my home town and play as much golf as you want for 5 dollars. It just really helped me get to the golf course more often in my younger years. I have made so many connections through golf and it is one of the best things in my life."
