TaylorMade CFO Rick Paschal Named New Youth on Course Board Chair

Monterey, Calif. – Youth on Course – the nonprofit organization providing youth with access to life-changing opportunities through golf – is proud to announce the appointment of Rick Paschal, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TaylorMade, as the new Chair of its Board of Directors.

Rick Paschal will serve a three-year term, furthering his contributions to the organization since joining the board in 2022. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in business and finance, Paschal has been a strong voice in helping Youth on Course expand its impact domestically and internationally while strengthening the TaylorMade and Youth on Course partnership.

Youth on Course is also pleased to welcome five accomplished individuals to its Board of Directors: Ty Votaw, a lawyer and former Executive Vice President at the PGA TOUR; Stephen Leach, Director of Inclusive Content and Engagement at Walt Disney Company; Nancy Paxton, former Senior Director of Investor Relations at Apple; Chris MidKiff, a sales leader at World Wide Technologies; and Brandon Ebert, Executive Chairman of BE Wealth. Each brings a distinct perspective and set of experiences that will help shape Youth on Course’s future.
Nearly 20 years after subsidizing its first round in Northern California, Youth on Course has grown into an international organization, providing access for $5 or less to nearly 250,000 members across more than 2,000 golf courses in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. The recent achievement of four million rounds played by its members underscores the organization's remarkable role in creating a lasting impact for young golfers and their communities.
Paschal’s appointment as Board Chair marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Youth on Course as it continues to expand its reach and programs. With a focus on accessibility and leadership development, the organization remains steadfast in its commitment to transforming lives through golf.
