Access can change everything. For young people who love golf, it is not just about tee times or green fees. It is about opportunity, belonging, and the moments that shape confidence and ambition. That belief sits at the heart of Youth on Course’s partnership with Atlanta Drive GC, a TGL team, whose commitment is helping open doors for young golfers in meaningful and life changing ways.

Through this partnership, Atlanta Drive is expanding what access looks like for the next generation by providing Youth on Course members with tickets to TGL matches, creating unforgettable opportunities to experience professional golf up close. At the same time, they are investing directly in their local community by offering free Youth on Course memberships to high school students in Atlanta, ensuring more young people can play, practice, and belong without cost being a barrier. We are deeply grateful for their belief in our mission and for the intentional way they are helping bring golf’s future to life.

For 15 year old Youth on Course member Jordan Ascher, this access has shaped both his growth as a golfer and his confidence as a young person. After moving from Boston to Florida, Jordan discovered golf and quickly became passionate about the game. Like many families navigating competitive junior golf, he faced real financial and access challenges as his commitment to the sport grew. Public courses were often crowded, fees added up, and consistent opportunities to play were not always guaranteed.

Youth on Course gave Jordan and his family an affordable and reliable way forward, allowing him to play more often, practice in different conditions, and compete at a higher level while also supporting his well-being off the course.

“Competitive junior golf is very expensive, and playing a lot is important to improve,” Jordan shared. “The five dollar Youth on Course rounds make it possible for me to play more, manage my schedule on my own, and still save money for tournaments and college. Knowing I always have affordable access to golf takes away a lot of stress and helps me stay focused and motivated.”

That sense of stability and confidence followed Jordan beyond the course and into one unforgettable night at a TGL match made possible through Youth on Course’s partnership with Atlanta Drive GC. For a student athlete balancing school and training, the opportunity to experience professional golf live already felt special. What happened next made it truly extraordinary.

As the match unfolded, one moment cut through the noise of the arena. Atlanta Drive GC and PGA TOUR star Chris Gotterup tossed a ball into the crowd. It was the only ball thrown all night and it landed directly in Jordan’s hands. In an instant, a fan became part of the action, creating a memory that turned inspiration into something tangible and deeply personal.

The experience mirrored everything Jordan loves about the game and about TGL itself. The energy was fast paced, the format felt familiar, and the connection between players and fans felt real.

“TGL feels like the golf I play with my friends and my high school team,” Jordan said. “It is fast, competitive, energetic, and fun. Being there in person made golf feel exciting and athletic, like watching an NBA game, and it made me even more proud to be a golfer.”

That pride and sense of belonging carried forward, reinforcing why access matters not just to play the game, but to feel seen within it. For Jordan, being in that environment, sitting close to players he studies and admires, made the dream of a future in golf feel closer and more possible.

As his journey with Youth on Course continued, Jordan felt inspired to turn gratitude into action. That motivation led him to participate in the Youth on Course 100 Hole Hike, shifting from beneficiary to advocate and supporter.

“The 100 Hole Hike really changed me,” Jordan shared. “I went from just receiving the benefits of the membership to giving back and paying it forward. Golf has given me purpose, discipline, and focus, and I want to help make sure other kids have the chance to experience that too.”

Jordan’s story reflects the true impact of partnerships rooted in access and belief. Through the support of Atlanta Drive, Youth on Course is creating moments that go far beyond the scorecard, moments that build confidence, spark inspiration, and remind young people that they belong in this game.

We are incredibly thankful to Atlanta Drive GC for their partnership, generosity, and commitment to investing in young people through golf. Their support is helping shape not just golfers, but futures, one life changing moment at a time.
