At Youth on Course, we take immense pride in watching our members grow—both as athletes and as individuals. Nicole Iniakov’s journey is a shining example of how access, determination, and community support can transform a young golfer’s life.
Nicole has been playing golf for 12 years and has been an active Youth on Course member for over a decade. As part of our Drive Club program, she has played more than 200 rounds—building not just her skill on the course, but also her discipline, sportsmanship, and leadership off it.
Her exceptional character and dedication have not gone unnoticed. In 2022, Nicole was honored with the AJGA Rolex All-American Jerry Cole Sportsmanship Award, a prestigious recognition given to a young player who exemplifies integrity and outstanding sportsmanship both on and off the course. This award reflects the very values that Youth on Course seeks to instill in every member: hard work, integrity, and a love for the game.
But Nicole’s journey doesn’t stop with personal achievement. She’s also a changemaker in the golf community. As the founder of the California Cup Tournament, Nicole helped raise more than $44,000 to benefit the ACE Grant Program and the Pebble Beach Foundation—demonstrating her commitment to giving back and paving the way for future players.
“Youth on Course gave me the priceless opportunity to learn the game of golf,” Nicole says. “Without Youth on Course, I would have never been able to develop into the player I am today.”
This fall, Nicole will begin a new chapter at Harvard University, where she’ll study Government and Psychology while competing on the Division I Women’s Golf Team.
