The Augusta National Women’s Amateur is one of the most prestigious events in women’s golf, held on the iconic Augusta National Golf Club, the same course that hosts The Masters.
This year, 18 Youth on Course alumni and 3 active Youth on Course members are competing, making up nearly 30% of the field. Together, they’ve played a combined 690 rounds through Youth on Course, a testament to the power of consistent, affordable access to the game.

For this group of young women, stepping onto these fairways is a dream come true. It’s a chance to compete on world-class greens, test their skills under pressure, and experience the rich history and tradition of one of golf’s most famous stages.
For Kyra Ly, Youth on Course allowed her to see a future she may have otherwise not have had.

“Youth on Course made golf accessible for me in a way that let me truly fall in love with the game. It gave me the chance to play, grow, and compete without barriers, opening doors I wouldn’t have had otherwise and helping me grow both on and off the course.”
Katelyn Kong's journey with golf started at a young age, but access through Youth on Course helped shape her into the player she is today. Now, as she prepares to compete at ANWA, Katelyn recognizes the significance of the moment.

"I’m incredibly grateful. Their support helped me stay in the game and continue to grow. It’s making a real difference for so many young golfers."
For Nikki Oh, consistent access to Youth on Course played a key role in her development as a competitive player.

"Having access to so many affordable rounds helped me build discipline in my practice and confidence in my decision-making on the course. Playing different layouts also improved my course management. Being able to play for $5 made a huge difference. It gave me the chance to explore new courses, practice more often, and gain more experience."
That consistency and experience have translated into strong performances and continued growth as she competes at the highest amateur level.
For Chloe Kovelesky, access to affordable golf through Youth on Course came at the perfect time in her journey.

"The $5 round is such an incredibly unique feature for junior golfers. That kind of access is second to none, and having that opportunity is amazing. Youth on Course is doing its part in getting more young people, especially young girls, into golf. I’m incredibly grateful for the impact Youth on Course has had on my life."
As she prepares for her first ANWA appearance, Chloe is focused on something bigger than just competition.
"I’m so excited to be competing in the ANWA this year. I’m so grateful for the opportunity and proud to represent young girls at Augusta. Golf has given me so many great memories, and I hope I can inspire others to try the game."

Hundreds of rounds, more time on the course, and the ability to compete without cost being a constant barrier: those things add up. For many of these players, that access helped build the experience and confidence needed to reach this stage.
We wish the best of luck to all Youth on Course members and alumni competing this year, including those not pictured: Anna Davis, Anna Fang, Jasmine Koo, Dianna Lee, Elise Lee, Ava Merrill, Catherine Park, Macy Pate, Megan Propeck, Kiara Romero, Scarlett Schremmer, Asterisk Talley, Karen Tsuru, Reagan Zibilski, and Vanessa Borovilos.
