When Youth on Course Executive Director, Adam Heieck, was 13 years old, he caught the golf bug in Sacramento at Bing Maloney Golf Course.

With that special moment in mind, when Adam began onboarding courses for the newly formed Youth on Course in 2006 he reached out to the owners of Bing Maloney Golf Course - Morton Golf Management - and got them on board as one of the very first courses to offer golf for $5 or less to Youth on Course members.

Throughout the years, Morton Golf Management has been a huge supporter of Youth on Course along with other youth golf programs such as the First Tee of Sacramento. They do a great job encouraging young golfers to get on the course and play.

Today, Morton Golf Management announced they were doing something extra special to celebrate ten years of affordable golf access in Sacramento. In 2017, Youth on Course members can play Bing Maloney and William Land Golf Course for FREE.

That’s right, zero, zilch, nothing, FREE for Youth on Course members!

There are no restricted times or days for Youth on Course members to play at William Land Golf Course and the only restriction at Bing Maloney Golf Course is after 12 pm on weekends. (But, we always suggest calling ahead for availability).

Youth on Course would like to thank Morton Golf for allowing continual access to affordable golf. With their continued support, more young golfers will catch the golf bug, just like Adam.
