At Youth on Course, we’re proud to support young golfers by making the game more accessible, affordable, and inclusive. This year, we’re thrilled to celebrate all 46 members who have qualified for the 2025 Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals at Augusta National Golf Club—a major achievement in their golf journey.

To celebrate this moment we want to spotlight three of the participants. These rising stars embody the spirit of dedication, love for the game, and the power of opportunity. Their stories show how Youth on Course opens doors to practice, play, and pursue dreams at every level.

For Dashiell White, a dedicated golfer from San Diego, CA, Youth on Course has become an essential part of his routine.

“I use my [Youth on Course] membership to get good rates at so many courses and buckets of balls on the range,” Dashiell says. “I especially use Del Mar Drive Range because it has lights—and [Youth on Course] makes it possible for me to practice during the winter at night.”

This year, Dashiell’s commitment to improvement has paid off in a big way—earning him a coveted spot at the National Finals in Augusta.

For Ellie Sun and her family, Youth on Course has played a meaningful role in their golf story from the very beginning.

“Our family’s first memory of playing golf on a course was at Clayton Park Golf Course, a venue provided by Youth on Course,” Ellie's family shared. “At the time, Ellie was just six years old. She would read the greens by lying on the ground and sometimes even missed the ball completely. That remains one of our most cherished family memories.”

Now based in Newark, DE, Ellie has grown into a fierce competitor. During the 2023–2024 season, she won five state championships and played a remarkable round at the 2024 New York State Invitational—scoring three birdies and two eagles in nine holes for a total of just 29 strokes.

Her drive and talent led her all the way to the Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals, and her family credits Youth on Course for supporting her journey every step of the way.

“We truly respect and appreciate the work Youth on Course is doing for junior golf in the United States. Our entire family wishes Youth on Course continued success and growth in the future.”

In Gainesville, Georgia, Hudson Justus has taken full advantage of his Youth on Course membership to play daily at his home course, the Chattahoochee Golf Course.

“It’s been a blessing to use this to practice and play golf every day,” Hudson says. “I’ve also been able to play most of the Pinehurst courses because of this great program.”

His consistent practice, love for the sport, and Youth on Course support have helped him earn a place among the top junior golfers heading to Augusta.

As we celebrate these talented Youth on Course members and their incredible achievement, we’re reminded of why we do this work. Access matters. Opportunity matters. And when young people have the chance to play, practice, and pursue their passions—amazing things happen.

We’ll be cheering on Dashiell, Ellie, Hudson and all our members who are competing at the 2025 Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals, and we know this is just the beginning of what they’ll achieve.

To every Youth on Course member out there dreaming big: we’re behind you, every step of the way.
