100 Hole Hikers playing 100 holes of golf

If you're on the brink of reaching your fundraising goal for the Youth on Course 100 Hole Hike, let us first give you a virtual high five. Now, let's talk about doubling your goal - yup, it's more attainable than you think. Here's how:

1.) Let everyone know you're shooting for the stars and remind them why. A social media post, an email, a text...you can easily share your Hiker Page link and call for donations. Remind your network that every dollar counts towards making an impact on Youth on Course members.

2.) Share the impact of doubling your goal. For National 100 Hole Hikers, doubling your goal would be supporting 400 rounds of golf for members. For Premier Hikers, doubling your goal would not only allow you to bring a guest with you to the Stay-and-Play Incentive Event in Pebble Beach in January 2025, but it would mean you have raised enough to support 4,000 rounds of golf for young people. That's life-changing access.

3.) Consider making another personal donation to your own Hike and asking people to match it. Giving people a specific number to donate might encourage those on the fence who may not know what a good amount to donate is. Make it as cut and dry as possible!

4.) Prioritize stewardship on the front end. Whether you're hitting up someone who has already donated or reaching out to new folks, it's important to thank anyone who has given and make them feel genuinely appreciated by you individually, but Youth on Course as an organization as well.

Every dollar counts and we can't thank you enough for taking on this extra challenge of doubling your fundraising goal.
