Driving Access, Opportunity & Inclusion

Since 2021, Youth on Course and TaylorMade Golf have partnered together to make golf more accessible, inclusive, and inspiring for the next generation.

What began as a shared commitment to breaking down barriers in the sport has grown into a multi-faceted partnership that provides young golfers with affordable access to play, mentorship from industry professionals, and opportunities to build meaningful connections in the game.

From launching the DRIVE Club—an initiative designed to support and empower diverse young golfers—to engaging TaylorMade athletes and employees in fundraising efforts like the 100 Hole Hike, this collaboration continues to evolve in ways that create lasting impact. TaylorMade has also played a key role in supporting Youth on Course members beyond their junior years, providing Alumni Network members with exclusive discounts on TaylorMade products to keep them engaged in the game.

DRIVE Club

The inaugural 2021 DRIVE Club class included individuals from 12 different cultures and ethnicities, embodying the spirit of diversity in the broadest sense. The initiative has grown to over 400 members who are dedicated to guiding new diverse golfers on the course.

TaylorMade also supports the DRIVE Club by providing equipment for new golfers at Community Hubs across the nation.
