The 2026 Renewal Offer
Through the Golf with Us program, Bank of America is supporting the continued gift of access for young golfers. For the 2026 membership year, Bank of America will cover 20% of the annual membership cost for eligible renewing members of Youth on Course, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
• Exclusivity: This renewal offer is available only to Youth on Course members who originally enrolled through the 2025 Bank of America "Golf with Us" promotion.
• 2026 Benefit: The 20% discount will be applied to the 2026 annual dues at the time of renewal.
• Future Renewals: Any memberships renewed for 2027 and beyond will be at the full, then-current annual membership cost, without the Bank of America subsidy.
• Availability: This offer is valid through June 15, 2026. Bank of America reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
Member Acknowledgment & Consent
During renewal of a Youth on Course membership, a parent or guardian will be required to confirm and agree to the following:
• Eligibility & Consent: You confirm that the member(s) being renewed are under the age of 19 and have parental consent.
• Legal Agreement: You have read and agree to be bound by the Youth on Course Member Code of Conduct {https://youthoncourse.org/member-code-of-conduct}, Privacy Policy {https://youthoncourse.org/privacy-policy}, and these Terms and Conditions.
• Annual Subscription & Auto-Pay: You understand that this membership is an annual subscription. You authorize Youth on Course to automatically charge your preferred payment method each year for the then-current annual membership fee for the region per registered member on your anniversary date (1 year from the date of the renewal) and annually thereafter until the member turns 19 or the subscription is cancelled.
• Billing Notification: Youth on Course will notify you of this recurring payment and the then-current fee via email at least ten (10) days before your payment method is charged.
Membership Duration & Cancellation
• Term: Each membership is effective for 1 year from the date of renewal.
• Age Limit: The membership and subscription will automatically terminate on the member’s 19th birthday.
• Cancellation: You may cancel the membership through the Youth on Course App or website at any time before your next scheduled payment date to prevent future charges.

Renewal FAQs

Members between the ages of 6 and 18 who joined Youth on Course through Golf with Us and remain in compliance with the Youth on Course Code of Conduct are eligible to renew their Golf with Us membership.
Golfers age 16 and older are subject to Youth on Course’s age verification process. Members who do not complete age verification may be temporarily deactivated until verification is completed. -
Youth on Course Golf with Us members from the previous year may renew at an exclusive 20% discount, generously provided by Bank of America, through June 15.
Renewals completed after June 15 will be processed at the full membership price.

Members may renew their Youth on Course Golf with Us membership at any time, even after June 15. However, the 20% renewal discount provided by Bank of America expires on June 15. Any renewal completed after that date will be charged at the full membership price.

The benefits of a Youth on Course Golf with Us membership are the same as a standard Youth on Course membership. Members receive access to rounds of golf for $5 or less at participating courses and may also receive membership within a local Allied Golf Association and a GHIN handicap number, depending on region.
The primary difference is that Bank of America supported the cost of the Golf with Us membership during the first year and is providing a discounted rate for the renewal year.

Youth on Course Golf with Us membership is available only to golfers between the ages of 6 and 18.
Members who are 19 or older are no longer eligible for youth membership and may consider joining the Youth on Course Alumni Network.
Additionally, golfers age 16 and older are subject to Youth on Course’s age verification process. Members who do not complete age verification may be temporarily deactivated until verification is complete.

Yes. Members who did not use their membership last year are still eligible to renew. Returning Golf with Us members may renew at the exclusive 20% discount through June 15. After June 15, renewals will be processed at the full membership rate.

All membership purchases are subject to Youth on Course’s refund policy.

A refund may be requested if:
The membership was billed within the last 30 days, and -
The membership has not been used (no rounds redeemed for subsidy).
Refunds are not available after 30 days or if the membership has been used.
Members may request a cancellation and refund using the Cancellation Request Form:
https://youthoncourse.my.site.com/cancel/s/After submitting the form, members should wait for the confirmation screen to verify that auto-renewal has been canceled.
If a refund is approved under the 30-day unused policy, the member may then complete renewal at the applicable rate, if still within the discount window.

Youth on Course Golf with Us memberships are valid for 365 days from the date of registration. If a member chooses not to renew, the membership will automatically expire at the end of that 365-day term. Once expired, the member will no longer have access to Youth on Course benefits, including discounted rounds and any associated regional benefits.
Members whose memberships expire prior to June 15, 2026 may still renew at the 20% discounted rate offered through Golf with Us, provided renewal is completed on or before June 15, 2026.

In some regions, Youth on Course Golf with Us members receive a complimentary membership within their local Allied Golf Association, which may include a GHIN handicap number. GHIN accounts and GHIN handicap numbers remain active only while the associated membership is active.
If a member’s Youth on Course membership expires, access to their GHIN handicap number will also become inactive. Members may reactivate their Youth on Course membership and/or their local Allied Golf Association membership at any time to regain access to their GHIN handicap number and related benefits.

Youth on Course Golf with Us memberships provided in prior years were generously supported by Bank of America. For returning members, a 20% renewal discount is available through June 15. After June 15, renewals are available at the full membership rate.
