If the cost of membership is a barrier, Youth on Course is here to help. Our Financial Assistance program supports junior golfers and their families across most U.S. regions, enabling more young people to access golf and the life-changing opportunities that come with it.

Important Notes for Existing Youth on Course Members
If you already have an active Youth on Course membership and want to apply for Financial Assistance:
- Cancel your current membership first.
Make sure your active membership has been canceled. - Submit your Financial Assistance application only after your membership is canceled and auto-renewal is disabled.
- Once approved:
After your application is accepted and your previous membership has fully expired, you will receive a one-time registration link to renew your membership at the discounted rate.
This ensures your new membership is set up correctly and billed under the approved Financial Assistance rate.
How It Works

2. Application review
Youth on Course and your local golf association review your application. If additional details are required, we’ll reach out to you directly.
3. Decision timeline
Expect a decision in 4–5 business days. We’ll notify you by email with the next steps.
4. Approval & activation
If approved:
- New members: Follow the instructions in your approval email to activate your discounted membership.
- Existing members: Wait for your current membership to expire, then use the one-time registration link sent to you to renew at the discounted rate.
Once your new membership is active, you can immediately access your virtual membership card in the Youth on Course app.
