Please read the terms and conditions below before registering your dependant(s) to confirm your eligibility and understanding of this employee benefit.
By completing this form, I affirm the following:
- I am a full-time employee at NBC Sports Next or Fandango.
- My legal dependent(s) that I am registering are under the age of 19.
- I understand that the complimentary membership is valid for 1 year from the date of registration.
- I understand that I will need to manually renew the Youth on Course membership after it expires, assuming the benefit is still valid and I am still eligible.
- The employee must be the one to complete the registration form and must use their information and the "@nbcuni", "@fandango" or "@rottentomatoes" email address as the parent/guardian.
- Youth on Course will validate the guardian email addresses with NBC Sports Next and Fandango leadership to ensure only eligible employees are redeeming this benefit.
- Any misuse will result in immediate cancellation of the membership.
- This complimentary membership does not include an official Handicap Index (i.e. GHIN number).
