Why Did My Membership Price Increase?
Youth on Course updated its membership price to help maintain $5 rounds, expand places to play, and support long-term access. Green fees have increased nationwide, and as a nonprofit, we adjusted our membership fee to continue providing affordable golf.
Green fees and operating costs at golf courses have risen significantly, and Youth on Course increased its membership fee to protect the $5 round, expand access to more locations, and maintain high-quality support for families. We continue to offer financial assistance to anyone who needs help with the cost of membership.
Overview
Youth on Course is committed to keeping golf affordable and accessible. As green fees rise across the country and youth sports costs continue to climb, a membership adjustment ensures that we can continue to subsidize rounds and expand opportunities for young people to play.
Why Your Membership Price Changed
1. Green fees have increased, and protecting $5 rounds is essential
Courses across the country have raised their green fees due to higher maintenance, staffing, and operational costs. To continue offering rounds for $5 or less, Youth on Course needed to adjust the membership price so that we can continue to cover the cost difference.
2. Your membership now includes more places to play
We continue to grow our network to provide more value and year-round access:
-
More participating golf courses nationwide
-
Golf Galaxy indoor simulator access
-
Dick’s House of Sport simulator access
-
Expanded municipal course partnerships
Your membership gives you more flexible and affordable golf options than ever before.
3. Financial Assistance is available for anyone who needs help
If the membership price is a hardship, Youth on Course offers Financial Assistance in most regions.
