What is Youth on Course's Refund and Cancellation Policy?

Overview

Youth on Course memberships are annual subscriptions. Unless canceled, they automatically renew every year at the current membership fee until the member turns 19.

Memberships renew either every 365 days from the purchase date or, in some regions, on a calendar-year basis (December 31).

You can find your renewal date on your virtual membership card in the Youth on Course App. A reminder is sent at least 10 days before your payment method is charged.

Refunds

A refund is eligible only if:

• The membership was charged within the last 30 days, and
• No Youth on Course rounds have been played

Refunds cannot be processed for disputed charges.

Cancel or Request a Refund

Use the cancellation form: https://youthoncourse.org/cancel

• Cookies must be enabled for the form to load
• No login required
• Enter the member’s first name, last name, birthdate, and either:
  • Youth on Course number
  • GHIN number
  • Zip/Postal Code

If the form doesn’t load (for example, if cookies were declined), use:
https://youthoncourse.my.site.com/cancel/s/

• If eligible, the Refund option will appear
• If not, you can still cancel to stop future billing
• After cancellation, benefits remain active through the current paid term

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
