Why isn't the system letting me renew?
If you’re having trouble renewing, make sure the details entered at https://youthoncourse.org/renew match your membership exactly (full name, no nicknames, correct spelling, birthdate, ZIP code, etc.).
First, check the error message to confirm that you’re not already registered with an active Youth on Course membership.
If you’re renewing at https://youthoncourse.org/renew, the details entered must match your existing membership exactly for the system to recognize you.
Please double-check the following:
- Full name (avoid nicknames)
- Spelling of name
- Date of birth
- ZIP code
- Email address
- Membership number (if available)
Even small differences can prevent the system from locating your account.
