Why does the app show the membership as expired when payment has already been made?

Logging in and then logging back in may be necessary.

For regions that Youth on Course handles direct registration for, account activation is usually live within minutes. If the membership card still show indicates that the membership is expired after  renewal, Youth on Course recommends logging out of the app and logging back in to reset the view to the active membership card. 


If members registered through a third party or a Youth on Course partner, activation within the system can take up to 48 hours.  If the membership card continues to display as expired after several days, please reach out to the Youth on Course partner directly to inquire why the membership has not synced into the Youth on Course database.
