For regions that Youth on Course handles direct registration for, account activation is usually live within minutes. If the membership card still show indicates that the membership is expired after your renewal, we recommend logging out of your app and logging back in to reset your view to the active membership card.
If you registered through a third party or a Youth on Course partner, activation within our system can take up to 48 hours. If the membership card continues to display as expired after several days, please reach out to the Youth on Course partner directly to inquire why your membership has not synced into the Youth on Course database.
