      Why don't some member app accounts have access to GolfPass or GolfNow?

      NBC Sports Next users must be 18 years of over.

      Due to privacy laws, members under the age of 18 are no longer be able to access NBC GolfPass videos or the GolfNow booking engine directly. To maintain these benefits, we encourage members under 18 to switch to a Guardian app account, which allows a parent or guardian aged 18 or older to access and redeem these benefits on behalf of the young member.

      Here’s how your guardian can set up their app account:

      1. Visit the Youth on Course Member App and select "Youth on Course Member (Or Parent/Guardian)" > "Create" > "Guardian of a Member."
      2. Follow the prompts to validate the membership details and create the account.

      Once the guardian account is set up, they can access the NBC GolfPass benefits by:

      1. Clicking the "Learn" button within the Youth on Course app.

      2. Selecting "Login/Create Account."

        • If they already have a GolfPass account, they can log in with their existing NBC Golf credentials.
        • If not, they can enter their desired information and select "Create Account."

      3. Verifying the email address, if prompted. A verification link will be sent to the email inbox (please check spam/junk folders if it is not visible). Once verified, they will be redirected to GolfPass to complete the process.

      4. Clicking "Accept" to the GolfPass/Youth on Course terms.

      5. Generating a unique discount code by clicking "Create Promo Code" and then redeeming it by clicking "Redeem Promo Code."

      6. Finally, entering the email address on the GolfPass site and selecting "Redeem" to activate access to GolfPass videos moving forward.
