We recommend waiting until after the existing membership expires before re-registering.
If members have already expired and are renewing manually, the system will require the exact member details (membership number, email, name, and birthdate) for membership validation. If the error persists, please contact membersupport@youthoncourse.org for the correct renewal details.
The system prevents existing active members from being able to register for a duplicate account. If members are attempting to renew manually and are receiving an error message, it is likely that they already have an active account that is on auto-renewal.
Check the member's email for communications from Youth on Course to confirm that they are not already enrolled for auto-renewal. If the membership is set to expire, it is recommended to wait until after your existing membership expires before re-registering here: https://youthoncourse.org/join
