Who is eligible to redeem the Topgolf offer for Youth on Course Members and Alumni Network Members?
Active Youth on Course Members and active Alumni Network Members in good standing are eligible to redeem the Topgolf offer.
To redeem the Topgolf offer, participants must either maintain an active Youth on Course membership or be an active member of the Youth on Course Alumni Network. Eligibility is verified through the Youth on Course app when a promo code is requested.
Members whose accounts have been temporarily paused, suspended, restricted, or otherwise deemed ineligible may not be able to access or redeem the offer until their account is returned to active status.
Examples of situations that may affect eligibility include, but are not limited to:
- Failure to complete required Age Verification
- Failure to complete other mandatory Youth on Course requirements or member education
- Temporary suspensions related to behavioral incidents or Code of Conduct violations
- Membership expiration or inactive membership status
- Other account restrictions that temporarily limit access to Youth on Course benefits
