What should Youth on Course Members and Alumni Network Members do if they need help with the Topgolf offer?

Contact Youth on Course if assistance is needed accessing the offer or obtaining a promo code through the Youth on Course app. Contact Topgolf if a promo code has already been obtained and assistance is needed with reservations, redemption, or venue-related questions.

Contact Topgolf if assistance is needed with:

Members and Alumni should keep in mind that the Topgolf offer is subject to the published terms, conditions, occupancy limits, availability restrictions, and redemption windows. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and neither Youth on Course nor Topgolf can guarantee reservation availability, bay availability, or offer availability at a particular location, date, or time.

Additionally, the offer is limited to the first 12,000 redemptions and may end before September 3, 2026 if the available redemption inventory is exhausted. Participants should not expect exceptions, special accommodations, alternative redemption windows, additional promo codes, reservations outside the eligible redemption window, or discounts beyond the published terms of the offer.

Youth on Course Members, Alumni Network Members, parents, guardians, and guests are expected to interact respectfully with both Youth on Course and Topgolf employees when requesting assistance. All participants are expected to uphold the Youth on Course Code of Conduct, including when communicating with support teams, venue staff, and customer service representatives. Abusive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward Youth on Course or Topgolf employees will not be tolerated and may result in loss of offer eligibility, suspension of benefits, or other disciplinary action consistent with Youth on Course policies.
