What should course partners do if the Clubhouse is not working?
If the Clubhouse is not working, course partners should email coursesupport@youthoncourse.org for assistance.
If the Clubhouse is not working or your team is having trouble logging in, checking in members, submitting rounds, or accessing reports, please contact Youth on Course course support.

Please include:
- Course name
- Location
- Your name and role
- A description of the issue
- Any screenshots, error messages, or affected member numbers, if available
If you are having login issues, try clicking Forgot on the Clubhouse sign-in screen to reset your password. Password reset emails are sent to the course contact email on file.
If the issue prevents your team from submitting rounds in real time, keep a temporary sign-in sheet with each golfer’s Youth on Course member number or GHIN/handicap number, played date, and round type. Once access is restored, those rounds can be submitted through Bulk Round Entry.
If directed by Youth on Course, course partners may also be able to temporarily use the previous Course Portal at:
