What safety rules and behavior expectations apply when Youth on Course Members and Alumni Network Members use the Topgolf offer?

Safety is a shared responsibility. Youth on Course Members, Alumni Network Members, parents, guardians, and guests are expected to follow all Topgolf rules, posted signage, staff instructions, and safety requirements throughout their visit.

Important Topgolf safety rules include:

• Only one player should be hitting at a time.
• All other guests should remain behind the designated safety line until it is their turn.
• Players should always check their surroundings before swinging a club.
• Golf clubs should only be used for hitting golf balls.
• Running starts, trick shots, horseplay, roughhousing, pushing, throwing objects, or other unsafe behavior are prohibited.
• Guests may never enter the outfield or cross restricted safety barriers.
• Players should only aim at the designated outfield targets.
• Only Topgolf-provided golf balls and tees should be used.
• All verbal instructions from Topgolf staff must be followed.

In addition to Topgolf's rules, all participants are expected to uphold the Youth on Course Code of Conduct. Members, Alumni, parents, guardians, and guests should treat Topgolf staff, Youth on Course staff, and fellow participants with courtesy and respect at all times.

Topgolf maintains a zero-tolerance approach to serious safety violations, harassment, violence, discrimination, and other conduct that creates an unsafe or unwelcoming environment. Violations may result in removal from the venue, loss of Topgolf privileges, suspension of Youth on Course benefits, or permanent expulsion from Youth on Course.

The goal of this offer is to provide a fun, affordable experience that Members, Alumni, families, and friends can enjoy together. Following the rules helps ensure the experience remains available for everyone.
