What if a member forgot the username to their member account?

Members can request to be sent their username, if they forgot it.

If a member needs to be sent their username, they can visit https://app.yocgolf.org/login/member/assistance and click "Forgot Username" and enter the email associated with their member account.  

If a username exists, it will be sent to the email on file.  

If members have tried the steps above and have not received an email, they may need to create a new account. Members can create an app user (and link it to their membership) by visiting the member app and clicking “Create Account."

Users can then verify their member details before creating a username.  Once created, members will have full access to their member account and billing details.
