What does a member do if a Live Chat Agent isn’t available?

Members should leave their email address in the chat, along with their question and a representative will get back to them at their earliest convenience.

Youth on Course is dedicated to providing support to ensure members have the best experience possible. The support team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time

If a live chat agent isn't available when reaching out, don't worry. Members can leave their email address during the chat session, and one of the Youth on Course team members will get back to them as soon as possible. People can also reach Youth on Course directly via email at membersupport@youthoncourse.org.

Please note that during peak seasons, response times can take up to 2 business days. In the meantime, Youth on Course encourages people to check out the FAQ page, which answers many of the common questions members have.

As a 501(c)3 non-profit, Youth on Course provides opportunities such as subsidized rounds of golf, internships, and college scholarships. These programs are made possible thanks to the generosity of individuals like our members.
