What should a member do if the round record needs to be corrected in the Rounds tab of the Youth on Course Member App?

Use the "Add a Round" or round correction features within the Youth on Course member app.

Sometimes a round doesn’t appear—or the wrong one does. That usually means the course didn’t log the round in the Youth on Course course portal, or a look‑alike name (e.g., two “Jane Doe” golfers) was checked in by mistake. The easiest fix is right inside your app: Add a Round or submit a correction on the Rounds tab. Your submission helps Youth on Course guide the facility and ensure accurate subsidy reimbursement.

How It Works

A) Add a Missing Round

  1. Open the Youth on Course Member App → go to the Play tab.
  2. Tap Add a Round.
  3. Enter the course, date, and any other requested details.
  4. Submit. Youth on Course will review and follow up with the facility as needed to log the round in the course portal.

B) Correct a Wrong Round

  1. In the Play tab, navitage to the "rounds" section and tap the round that needs correction.
  2. Choose the option to submit a correction and describe the issue (e.g., “not my round,” name confusion, wrong date/time).
  3. Submit. Youth on Course will notify the course and work to resolve the attribution.

C) Share Feedback

  • Use the round survey in the app to provide quick feedback—positive or constructive. This helps Youth on Course improve member experiences across the network.
