If a member already renewed their 2025 Golf With Us membership for 2026 at full price, can the member receive a refund and renew at the discounted rate?

Refunds are subject to Youth on Course’s refund policy.

All membership purchases are subject to Youth on Course’s refund policy.
A refund may be requested if:

  • The membership was billed within the last 30 days, and
  • The membership has not been used (no rounds redeemed for subsidy).

Refunds are not available after 30 days or if the membership has been used.

Members may request a cancellation and refund using the Cancellation Request Form:

After submitting the form, members should wait for the confirmation screen to verify that auto-renewal has been canceled.

If a refund is approved under the 30-day unused policy, the member may then complete renewal at the applicable rate, if still within the discount window.
