Why can't members login to their member account?
If it's the first time logging in as a member, member's may need to create an app username.
As a member, even if the Youth on Course account is active, first-time app users usually need to create a username and password.
Since app login accounts are not always created during registration, many users need to create an app user (and link it to their membership) by visiting the member app and clicking “Create Account."
Users can then verify their member details before creating a username. Once created, members will have full access to their member account and billing details.
