How does age verification work for Youth on Course members ages 16 and older?
Members ages 16 and older complete a quick verification through a secure link using a selfie or ID (only if needed).
Youth on Course partners with Persona, a secure third-party verification provider, to offer a simple process for members ages 16 and older.

- The member completes one of the following:
- Selfie-based age check (fastest option)
- ID verification (if needed or preferred)
- Birth certificate upload (available option)
- Most verifications are completed in just a few minutes
In most cases, a quick selfie is all that’s needed. ID is only requested when necessary.
