How do members update their credit card?
Members and alumni can update their credit card directly in the Youth on Course app. For protection and privacy, billing updates must be completed within the app.
How It Works
For members and alumni:
Log in to https://app.yocgolf.org/
Tap the Profile icon → open the menu (☰) → Account Info → Update Payment Info
Enter and save your new payment method
For guardians:
From the welcome screen, click View Profile to the right of your golfer’s name
Once in the golfer’s profile, tap the Profile icon → open the menu (☰) → Account Info → Update Payment Info
Important
- Payment updates must be completed from the golfer’s profile, not the guardian’s profile
- If managing multiple golfers, repeat these steps for each one, as billing is tied to each individual membership
How do guardians register a second child and add them to their app account?
Guardians will first need to register the additional child, then add their profile in the app.
If registering multiple siblings at once, use the “Add Another Child” option during registration.
If adding a new golfer later, visit https://youthoncourse.org/join to complete registration.
Note: Golfers must be fully registered and active before they can be added to the app.
How It Works
Step 1 — Register the golfer
Complete a new registration at: https://youthoncourse.org/join
Step 2 — Add the golfer in the app
Log in to the Youth on Course app: https://app.yocgolf.org/
From the home screen of the guardian account:
Click Add Profile below your golfer’s profile tile
Enter the new member’s details
Once the information is matched, the new golfer’s profile will appear in your app.
What happens next
After adding the profile, guardians can:
- Switch between golfers from the home screen
- View each golfer’s membership card
- Manage accounts and billing
- Access Youth on Course benefits for each golfer
