How do members redeem their GolfPass credit and/or access GolfNow?

The GolfPass and GolfNow integration is only available through guardian app accounts and is limited to members age 18 and older.

The GolfPass + GolfNow integration works only in guardian app accounts and is limited to members age 18 and older. To redeem GolfPass credit and enable GolfNow access, open the guardian app, tap Learn → Login/Create Account, sign in or create a GolfPass account, verify your email if prompted, then Accept the GolfPass/Youth on Course terms, Create Promo Code → Redeem Promo Code, and complete redemption on GolfPass. After redemption, GolfPass Video unlocks and the same GolfPass login works for GolfNow reservations. If you’re under 18 or using a member app account, please have a guardian log in via a guardian app account.

Youth on Course partners with GolfPass and GolfNow to give eligible members (18+) on a guardian app account access to GolfPass Video and integrated booking through GolfNow. Because the connection uses account credentials and age‑based permissions, the flow is not available in standard member app accounts or for users under 18. Below are the exact steps to redeem and book smoothly.

How It Works (Guardian App, Age 18+)

  1. Open the guardian app and tap Learn.
  2. Tap Login/Create Account.
  3. Already have GolfPass? Sign in with your GolfPass credentials.
    New to GolfPass? Enter your info and tap Create Account.
  4. Verify your email if prompted (check your inbox/spam for the link/code). Return to the app when verified.
  5. You’ll be redirected to GolfPass. Tap Accept to agree to the GolfPass / Youth on Course terms.
  6. Tap Create Promo Code to generate your unique discount code, then tap Redeem Promo Code.
  7. You’ll be redirected to the GolfPass site: enter your email, tap Redeem, and follow any on‑screen steps.
  8. All set: GolfPass Video is now accessible. Use the same GolfPass login credentials to book through GolfNow.

Important: The GolfPass/GolfNow integration appears only in guardian app accounts and only for members 18+. Junior member app accounts will not show the feature.

Helpful Tips

  • Email verification is often required—check spam/junk for the GolfPass message.
  • If you don’t see Learn → Login/Create Account, confirm you’re logged into a guardian app account, not a junior member account.
  • A small number of Youth on Course partner facilities may require GolfNow booking; many others prefer a phone call during Youth on Course hours listed in the Course Directory.
