How do members or alumni cancel a Youth on Course membership?

Junior golfers, guardians, and alumni (19+): the fastest way to cancel is in the Youth on Course app. No login or prefer web? Use the secure online form.

Ready to cancel your Youth on Course membership? You can do it in minutes through the app or our online form.

How It Works

Option A — Cancel in the app (fastest):

  1. Visit https://app.yocgolf.org/ and log in.

  2. Tap the profile icon (top right).

  3. Select Update Payment InfoCancel Membership.

  4. Future billing stops immediately; benefits remain active through your paid‑through date.

Option B — Use the online form (no login needed):

Refund eligibility: You may receive a refund if both are true:

  • You cancel within 30 days of the billing date, and

  • No benefits have been used since that billing date:

    • Junior memberships: no Youth on Course rounds subsidized.

    • Alumni memberships (19+): no marketplace deals or discounts redeemed.

If eligible, refund and donation options appear directly in the form.

Helpful Tips

  • Don’t close the window while the page is loading. Wait for the confirmation screen to appear before leaving the page.
  • Refund requests are managed manually by our office. If you’re eligible and request one, you’ll receive a refund confirmation receipt via email once it’s processed.

  • Screenshot your confirmation (app or form) for your records.

  • Double‑check your paid‑through date so you know exactly when benefits end.

  • Guardians: If you manage multiple juniors, confirm you’re canceling the correct account.

  • You can rejoin anytime—sign back in or start a new membership online.
