How do members or alumni cancel a Youth on Course membership?

Option A — Online Cancellation Form (No Login Required)

Visit youthoncourse.org/cancel.

Important: The cancellation form requires website cookies to be accepted. If cookies have been blocked or rejected, the form may not load correctly.

If the form does not appear, use the direct link instead:

Once the form is open:

1. Enter your (or your golfer's) name, date of birth, and membership details.
2. Submit the form.
3. Wait for the on-screen confirmation before closing the page.

Option B — Cancel in the App

For Members and Alumni

1. Visit https://app.yocgolf.org and log in.
2. Tap the Profile icon.
3. Open the menu (☰).
4. Select Account Info.
5. Select Cancel Membership.

For Guardians

1. From the welcome screen, select View Profile next to the golfer's name.
2. Once inside the golfer's profile, tap the Profile icon.
3. Open the menu (☰).
4. Select Account Info.
5. Select Cancel Membership.

Important

• Cancellations must be completed from the golfer's profile, not the guardian's profile.
• If managing multiple juniors, these steps must be completed separately for each golfer, as subscriptions are tied to each individual membership.

What Happens Next

Future billing stops immediately, and membership benefits remain active through the current paid-through date.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued if both of the following conditions are met:

• The cancellation occurs within 30 days of the billing date.
• No membership benefits have been used since that billing date.

Examples

Junior Memberships

• No Youth on Course rounds have been subsidized since the billing date.

Alumni Memberships (19+)

• No marketplace deals, partner offers, or discounts have been redeemed since the billing date.

If eligible, refund and donation options will appear automatically during the cancellation process.

• Refund requests are reviewed manually. Confirmation will be sent by email once processing is complete.
• Save or screenshot your confirmation for your records.
• Review your paid-through date to understand when benefits will end.
