How do members or alumni cancel a Youth on Course membership?

Option A — Online form (no login needed, fallback)

Go to https://youthoncourse.my.site.com/cancel/s/
Enter your (or your golfer’s) name, date of birth, and membership details
Submit and wait for the on-screen confirmation

Option B — Cancel in the app (fastest)

For members and alumni:
Visit https://app.yocgolf.org/ and log in.
Tap the Profile icon → open the menu (☰) → Account Info → Cancel Membership

For guardians:
From the welcome screen, click View Profile to the right of your golfer’s name.
Once in the golfer’s profile, tap the Profile icon → open the menu (☰) → Account Info → Cancel Membership

Important:
Cancellations must be completed from the golfer’s profile, not the guardian’s profile.
If managing multiple juniors, repeat these steps for each golfer, as subscriptions are tied to each individual.

What happens next:
Future billing stops immediately; benefits remain active through the paid-through date.

Refund eligibility

A refund may be issued if both conditions are met:

• Cancellation occurs within 30 days of the billing date
• No benefits have been used since that billing date

Examples:

• Junior memberships: no Youth on Course rounds subsidized
• Alumni memberships (19+): no marketplace deals or discounts redeemed

If eligible, refund and donation options will appear directly in the form.
