How do members or alumni cancel a Youth on Course membership?

Ready to cancel your Youth on Course membership? You can do it in minutes through the app or our online form.

Option A — Cancel in the app (fastest):

Visit https://app.yocgolf.org/ and log in.
Tap the profile icon (top right).
Select Update Payment Info → Cancel Membership.
Future billing stops immediately; benefits remain active through your paid‑through date.

Option B — Use the online form (no login needed):

Go to https://youthoncourse.my.site.com/cancel/s/
Enter your (or your golfer’s) name, date of birth, and membership details.
Submit and wait for the on‑screen confirmation.

Refund eligibility: You may receive a refund if both are true:

You cancel within 30 days of the billing date, and
No benefits have been used since that billing date:
- Junior memberships: no Youth on Course rounds subsidized.
- Alumni memberships (19+): no marketplace deals or discounts redeemed.

If eligible, refund and donation options appear directly in the form.

Don’t close the window while the page is loading. Wait for the confirmation screen to appear before leaving the page.
Refund requests are managed manually by our office. If you’re eligible and request one, you’ll receive a refund confirmation receipt via email once it’s processed.
