How do I cancel a tee time booked through the Youth on Course app?
To cancel, you can find your reservation under Play > Reservations. GolfNow and/or the course sets its own cancellation and refund rules, which appear in the terms at checkout.
Where do I find my reservation?
- Tap Play in the bottom menu of the Youth on Course app.
- Open the Reservations tab.
Your reservation shows the course, date, tee time and number of players.
Where do I find the cancellation policy?
The course’s tee time and cancellation policies are in the terms shown at checkout, above the Pay button. Read them before you book.
Read every policy section. A course may list more than one, such as a Tee Time Policy and a Cancellation Policy, and they may say different things. For example:
- Some tee times are non-cancelable and non-refundable, often discounted or last-minute rates.
- Some courses only allow a refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your tee time.
- Some courses require you to call the pro shop to cancel.
If you’re not sure which rule applies, read the terms during checkout or call the course’s pro shop before your tee time.
How do I cancel?
- Check the reservations tab under the play section in the app. If the GolfNow and/or the course allows in app cancellation, the option to cancel will be a button.
- If GolfNow and/or the course requires calling, find the course’s phone number in the checkout terms or the Course Directory.
- Call the course’s pro shop before your tee time, and before the cancellation deadline if there is one.
- Give staff your name, date, tee time and number of players.
What do I pay when I book, and what’s refundable?
Most tee times charge a small reservation fee at checkout, and you pay the full rate at the course.
