How do course partners report a Youth on Course member incident?
Course partners should report member incidents through the Report Incident button in the Clubhouse.
Course partners can report behavioral concerns, rule violations, or other member incidents directly through the Report Incident button in the Clubhouse.
To report an incident:
- Log in to the Clubhouse.
- Click Report Incident in the left-side navigation.
- Select the correct course.
- Search for and select the Youth on Course member involved.
- Enter the date and time of the incident.
- Select the reported issue or issues.
- Add incident notes.
- Select the desired resolution.
- Click Submit.
Please be thoughtful when entering incident notes. The notes entered in the report may be sent directly to the member and/or their parent or guardian, so they should be clear, factual, and appropriate for the family to read.
Possible outcomes may include:
- Warning: Sends an automated message to the member and/or guardian, including the incident notes.
- Suspension: Temporarily pauses the member’s account and requires follow-up steps before reactivation, such as corrective training or an approved apology letter.
- Termination: Immediately ends the member’s Youth on Course benefits in severe cases.
Youth on Course encourages course partners to report incidents whenever necessary. Reporting incidents through the Clubhouse helps ensure the Youth on Course team has the information needed to follow up, support the course partner, and address member behavior appropriately. The Clubhouse Quick Start Guide notes that incident reporting is now built directly into the Clubhouse and triggers an automated response from the Youth on Course team.
