How do course partners check in Youth on Course members in the Clubhouse?
Course partners can check in up to 4 Youth on Course members at a time by searching their member number or GHIN/handicap number in the Clubhouse.

- Click Check-in in the left-side navigation.
- Click into a + Select a Member box.
- Search for the golfer using their Youth on Course member number or GHIN/handicap number.
- Youth on Course member numbers begin with a lowercase y.
- The member number search is case-sensitive.
- Select the correct golfer from the search results.
- Review the golfer’s digital membership card, including membership status, age, expiration date, and earned achievements.
- Repeat for up to 4 golfers in the group.
- Complete the round details on the right side of the screen, including course, round type or number of holes, and played date.
- Click the purple Check-in button to submit the round.
Once submitted, eligible rounds are included in the applicable subsidy reimbursement process.
