How can our course change our Youth on Course availability?

Coming soon, course partners will be able to request availability changes through the Settings section of the Clubhouse. For now, please email coursesupport@youthoncourse.org to request availability changes or added restrictions.

Course partners will soon be able to request changes to their Youth on Course availability and restrictions directly through the Clubhouse.

Coming soon, course partners will be able to:

  1. Click Settings in the left-side navigation.
  2. Open the Availability & Subsidy tab.
  3. Click the purple + Add Availability Rule button.
  4. Enter or update availability details, restrictions, and subsidy information.
  5. Submit the request for review.

New or edited availability rules will be reviewed by Youth on Course and/or the Golf Association responsible for payment before they are finalized and made visible to members.

For now, availability changes and added restrictions are not yet fully self-service. Please email coursesupport@youthoncourse.org to request any updates to your course’s Youth on Course availability, restrictions, or subsidy schedule.
