Having trouble resetting your Password or Verifying your email in the App?

You can now reset your password directly in the app by tapping Member → Forgot Password. If you’re still having trouble, use the web version at https://app.yocgolf.org/ to complete the process, then sign back into the app.

Overview

Some members may experience issues resetting their password or verifying their email. We’ve made improvements so you can now start this process directly in the app, but if anything isn’t working, the web version is the fastest and most reliable way to regain access.

How It Works

Option A — Reset in the App (Recommended First Step)

  1. Open the Youth on Course mobile app
  2. Tap Member
  3. Select Forgot Password
  4. Follow the prompts sent to your email to reset your password

If prompted to verify your email:

  • Tap to resend the verification email or code
  • Check your inbox (and spam/junk folders)
  • Complete verification

Option B — Fix It on the Web (Best Backup Option)

If the app isn’t working, use the web version:

  1. Go to https://app.yocgolf.org/
  2. Click Forgot Password? and follow the reset steps
  3. Or sign in and complete email verification if prompted
  4. Return to the app and log in

When to Use the Web Instead

  • The app won’t accept your reset link or code
  • You’re not receiving verification emails
  • You need to regain access quickly
