Do Guardians Enter the Junior Golfer's Birthdate or Their Own Birthdate During Registration?
Guardians should enter the junior golfer's birthdate, not their own. Youth on Course only collects the birthdate of the golfer receiving the membership. The guardian's birthdate is not requested or required during registration.
When registering a golfer for a Youth on Course membership, guardians will complete a three-step registration process:
Step 1: Guardian Information
The first step collects information about the parent or guardian managing the account, such as name, email address, and phone number.
Youth on Course does not ask for or collect the guardian's birthdate.
Step 2: Junior Golfer Information
The second step collects information about the golfer who will receive the membership.
This is where guardians should enter the junior golfer's birthdate.
Step 3: Billing Information
The final step collects payment information needed to purchase the membership.
No birthdate information is requested during this step.
Why Is Entering the Correct Birthdate Important?
Guardians should carefully verify that the junior golfer's birthdate is entered correctly during registration.
The golfer's birthdate is used to:
- Verify membership eligibility and age-based benefits
- Confirm account ownership when contacting Customer Support
- Access digital membership cards and membership information
- Manage memberships and account settings

Because the golfer's birthdate is used for account verification and membership management, it cannot be updated through the app or website after registration.
