Can parents or guardians use a Youth on Course Member's Topgolf offer without the Member being present?
No. The eligible Youth on Course Member or Alumni Network Member must request the promo code, make the reservation, and be present during the visit. Parents, guardians, family members, and friends may attend as guests, subject to Topgolf occupancy limits.
No. The Topgolf offer is intended for active Youth on Course Members and active Alumni Network Members. The eligible Member or Alumni must be the individual who requests the promo code through the Youth on Course app, makes the reservation, and participates in the visit.
Parents, guardians, family members, friends, teammates, and other guests are welcome to join the reservation, but they may not redeem the offer on behalf of an eligible Member or Alumni Network Member.
The eligible Member or Alumni counts as one participant toward the bay occupancy limit. A Topgolf bay may accommodate up to six total players, including the eligible Member or Alumni. Depending on venue policies, additional non-playing observers may also be permitted, provided the total occupancy does not exceed Topgolf's limits.
For example, a Youth on Course Member may bring parents, siblings, relatives, or friends to enjoy the experience together. However, a parent or guardian may not use the Member's promo code without the eligible Member being present and participating in the visit.
