Can our course set custom Youth on Course availability for holidays?

Coming soon, course partners will be able to request holiday availability through the Settings section of the Clubhouse. For now, please email coursesupport@youthoncourse.org.

Course partners will soon be able to request custom Youth on Course availability for holidays directly through the Clubhouse.

Coming soon, course partners will be able to:

  1. Click Settings in the left-side navigation.
  2. Open the Availability & Subsidy tab.
  3. Click the purple + Add Availability Rule button.
  4. Select Holiday.
  5. Enter the requested holiday availability, restrictions, and subsidy details.
  6. Submit the request for review.

New or edited holiday availability rules will be reviewed by Youth on Course and/or the Golf Association responsible for payment before they are finalized and made visible to members.

For now, holiday availability changes are not yet fully self-service. Please email coursesupport@youthoncourse.org to request holiday availability updates.
