Can multiple courses share one Clubhouse account?

Yes. Multiple courses can be linked to one Clubhouse user account.

This is helpful for course partners who manage more than one facility, operate multiple locations, or have shared staff responsible for Youth on Course check-ins, round logging, reporting, or incident submissions.

Most Clubhouse features allow course partners to select the correct course before completing an action, including:

• Checking in Youth on Course members
• Logging rounds for subsidy reimbursement
• Using Bulk Round Entry
• Reporting a member incident
• Viewing course-specific reports

To request access to multiple courses, please contact:

A Youth on Course representative can review the request and link an existing Clubhouse user to an additional course when appropriate.
