Is it possible for members to get a refund?

Yes—if the membership was billed within the last 30 days and hasn’t been used, Youth on Course will refund the latest payment.

How It Works

Option A
Log in to your account: https://app.yocgolf.org/
Tap the Menu icon (top right) → Account Info → Cancel Membership.

  • If you’re eligible for a refund, the Refund option will appear during this process
  • If not, your membership will be canceled and your benefits will remain active until your current paid-through date

Finish on the confirmation screen to complete your request.

Option B
Open the cancellation request form: https://youthoncourse.org/cancel

  • This form requires cookies to be enabled to load properly
  • No login is required
  • Enter the member’s first name, last name, birthdate, and either their Youth on Course #, GHIN #, or Zip/Postal Code

  • Confirm member details so we can locate the correct account
  • Select your request: choose Refund from the first dropdown (available only when eligible)
  • Submit and wait for the confirmation screen: this verifies your cancellation was processed

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 5–10 business days.
