Is it possible for members to get a refund?

If a membership was billed within the last 30 days and remains unused.

Yes—if the membership was billed within the last 30 days and hasn’t been used, Youth on Course will refund the latest payment. 

After you confirm member details in the cancellation form, choose Refund from the first dropdown. Refunds are not available after 30 days or if the membership has been used; you can still cancel to stop future billing.

How It Works

Option A 

  1. Log in to your account: https://app.yocgolf.org/
  2. Tap the Menu icon (top right)Account InfoCancel Membership.
  3. Finish on the confirmation screen. Your benefits stay active until your current paid‑through date.

Option B 

  1. Open the cancellation request form: https://youthoncourse.my.site.com/cancel/s/
  2. Confirm member details on the form so we can locate the correct account.
  3. Select your request: Choose Refund from the first dropdown (available only when eligible).
  4. Submit and wait for the confirmation screen: This verifies your cancellation was processed; your refund will be issued to the original payment method; refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
