Is it possible for members to get a refund?

If a membership was billed within the last 30 days and remains unused.

If members have been billed within the last 30 days and have not used their membership, Youth on Course is happy to refund their latest payment.
 
Youth on Course recommends that members use the cancellation form which includes the option to refund. The refund option will be the first drop down menu option after confirming the member's details.

After you complete the cancellation form, please wait for the confirmation screen to verify that your auto-renewal has been canceled.

As per the cancellation terms you agreed to at the time of registration, a refund request is only possible if the charge is within 30 days and no rounds have been redeemed for subsidy.

 
Memberships can also be cancelled within the Youth on Course app: https://app.yocgolf.org/
Click the "Profile Icon" in the top right.  
Click "Update Payment Info."
Click "Cancel." 
 
Youth on Course does not offer refunds after 30 days or if the membership has been used.
