Can course operators change their password for the Clubhouse?
Yes. Course operators can reset their Clubhouse password by clicking Forgot on the Clubhouse sign-in screen.
Yes. If you need to reset your Clubhouse password:
- Go to the Clubhouse sign-in screen.
- Click Forgot next to the password field.
- A password reset email will be sent to the course contact email on file.
Please note that password reset emails are sent to the course contact listed in the Clubhouse.
If the course contact is not up to date or needs to be changed, course partners can update that information in the Clubhouse by clicking:
Settings > Staff
From there, update your course’s staff or primary contact information to make sure the correct person receives Clubhouse account communications.
